Customer Sales Executive

Outbound Calling & Prospecting

• Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce company products/services.

• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

• Engage with decision-makers such as CEOs, Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.

Lead Qualification

• Understand client requirements and assess business needs.

• Qualify leads based on defined criteria (industry, budget, interest, decision timeline).

• Maintain accurate lead status in CRM tools.

Appointment Scheduling

• Fix meetings or product demo appointments for the sales team.

• Coordinate with internal sales managers for smooth handover of qualified leads.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain call logs, lead databases, and daily activity reports.

• Update lead information regularly in CRM/Excel sheets.

• Track call performance and conversion metrics.

Relationship Building

• Develop professional communication with prospective clients.

• Build trust and maintain follow-up cycles for nurturing leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in handling cold calls and objection management.

• Basic understanding of B2B sales and the lead generation process.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Ability to work with targets and a performance-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.

• Knowledge of corporate sales processes and market research.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
