We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller & Instagram DM Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert online conversations into store visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers from provided databases and leads

• Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals

• Follow up with walk-in customers and pending inquiries

• Convert inquiries into store visits and confirmed sales

• Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records

• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication

Instagram DM Handling

• Manage Instagram inbox and respond to customer DMs promptly

• Handle product inquiries, pricing requests, and availability questions

• Convert Instagram conversations into qualified sales leads

• Share product details, offers, and store information professionally

• Coordinate with the sales team for order closures

• Maintain polite, brand-aligned communication tone

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Comfortable speaking on calls and chatting professionally

• Basic understanding of Instagram and social media communication

• Sales-oriented mindset with convincing ability

• Customer handling & follow-up skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM/WhatsApp Business preferred)

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, retail sales, or customer support

• Experience handling Instagram messages

• Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality

• Interest in electronics, appliances, or retail industry preferred
