Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives who can engage customers, understand their needs, and convert walk-ins into happy buyers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and explain product features confidently

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell products across categories

• Maintain strong product knowledge across brands

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with billing and warehouse team for smooth order processing

• Ensure showroom display is presentable and organized

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of electronics & home appliances preferred

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Good negotiation skills

• Positive attitude and team player

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 6 months –3 years of retail sales experience (electronics/furniture preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
