KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interacting with high profile guests to promote the Hyatt Dining Club lifestyle membership program.
• Handling member reservations, complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
• Work Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM. Weekly Off on Monday or Tuesday.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Presentable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, professional and outgoing personality is essential.
• Good command of the English language and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and result-oriented.
• On the job training will be provided. Career growth opportunities for deserving candidates. • Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Up to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
