Job Description – Sales Coordinator (UPVC Division)

Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our UPVC Doors & Windows division. The candidate will handle sales coordination, quotation preparation, customer enquiries, and order follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries and orders.

• Prepare and send quotations and sales proposals.

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and emails.

• Maintain customer databases, quotation records, and sales reports using MS Excel.

• Prepare sales documents and correspondence using MS Word.

• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery updates.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure timely customer communication.

Requirements

• Experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and quotation preparation.

• Kannada is mandatory. Tamil and Hindi are added advantages.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Experience in UPVC doors and windows, construction materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
