కస్టమర్ రిలేషన్షిప్ మేనేజర్

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage the complete customer experience at our Experience Centre. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, explaining product offerings, coordinating customer requirements, preparing quotations and following up on prospective enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day customer-facing operations of the Experience Centre.

• Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

• Guide customers through product displays, samples, finishes and available solutions.

• Explain furniture, glass, automation, hardware and other interior product offerings.

• Coordinate with customers, architects, designers and the internal team.

• Assist in preparing quotations based on customer requirements and approved pricing.

• Follow up on enquiries and submitted quotations to generate business.

• Maintain customer databases, enquiry records and quotation status.

• Ensure the Experience Centre remains organised and presentable.

• Provide regular updates on customer visits, enquiries and sales opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, showroom sales or business development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and professional clients.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and assist with quotation preparation.

• Experience in interiors, furniture, glass or building materials will be preferred.

• Strong coordination, follow-up and organisational skills..
