Job Description:

What You will do:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty.

• Handle complex customer queries, escalations, and complaints with effective resolution strategies.

• Oversee and ensure accuracy of customer data within the CRM system, maintaining data integrity.

• Analyse customer data, behaviour, and feedback to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

• Drive lead management processes, including lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion support.

• Monitor team performance on customer interactions and ensure adherence to service standards.

• Prepare reports and dashboards on customer metrics, satisfaction levels, and CRM performance.

• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

• Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives such as events, campaigns, and feedback programs.

• Train and guide junior team members on CRM tools, processes, and customer handling.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of all customer interactions and service requests.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 2+ years in CRM, Customer Relationship, or Customer Service roles.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven experience in handling customer escalations and resolving complex issues.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools/software.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate insights.

• Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and service teams.
