Kathuria Textile Industries is looking for a professional, fluent English speaker to manage our supplier and client relations. You will be the key link in our order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

Follow-ups: Call suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
Client Relations: Call customers for feedback and provide order updates.
Support: Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally.

Requirements

Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Persistent with follow-ups and detail-oriented.
Graduate in any field.
