We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at at Jana Small Finance Bank. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹24,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Source customers for Group Loans and Individual Loans
Conduct field visits, lead generation & customer acquisition
Verify customer documents & ensure accurate KYC
Achieve monthly loan sales targets
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with the credit team for loan approval
Ensure portfolio quality & timely collections

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
