We are looking for an energetic Sales / CRM Executive who can handle daily customer calling, follow-ups, and walk-in customers at the showroom. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting sales closure.
Make 100+ CRM calls daily to existing and prospective customers
Follow up on leads, enquiries, service reminders, and offers
Handle walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their requirements
Explain product features, schemes, and ongoing offers to customers
Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth customer handling
Update CRM system / Google Sheets on a daily basis with call status and customer details
Ensure proper follow-up until lead closure or resolution
Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience
