Their primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and improve the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities.
Customer Support:-
Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information.
Relationship management:-

Sales & upselling:-
Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services.
Data Management:-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaboration:-

Feedback & Improvement:-
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualification & Skills:-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem - solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Experience in sales, customer support and relationship management.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
