Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, policy servicing, renewals, and claim assistance.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and existing customer relationships.
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance and investment products.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and service delivery.
Stay updated on insurance products, investment options, and industry regulations.
Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
