Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up with customers regarding services, feedback, and pending queries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain customer databases, records, and daily interaction reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
