You will provide expert advice on educational programs, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to connect and establish trust with students will directly impact their decision-making journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective students with admission requirements and processes.

Provide personalized guidance on educational programs tailored to individual goals.

Address questions, concerns, and challenges faced by students during the admission process.

Build lasting rapport and trust with prospective students and their families.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM software.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the admissions experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes.

Proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.

Prior experience in customer service or counseling roles preferred.

Proficiency with CRM software and related tools.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
