Job Title: Customer Greeter (Female)
Location: Rajouri Garden / Vasant Kunj, Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Customer Greeter to join a leading jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality to ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers with a warm smile.
Assist customers and guide them to the appropriate sales executive.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth in-store experience.
Answer basic customer queries politely.
Coordinate with the showroom team to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain the reception and entrance area in a clean and presentable manner.
Eligibility
Female candidates only.
Experience: 1–4 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, front office, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Jewellery showroom or luxury retail experience will be preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
