Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Client Relationship Executive to join our chair manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, managing billing and data entries on the computer, and assisting walk-in customers at our office/showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Manage billing, invoices, and basic data entries using a computer
Assist and guide walk-in clients with product information and orders
Maintain client records and update order details
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (billing, data entry, MS Office or similar)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
