Revder Emporium is a wholesale imitation jewellery company dealing with retailers and businesses across India.
We are looking for a B2B Inside Sales Executive who is confident, well-spoken and comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Job Responsibilities
Call existing and potential wholesale customers.
Handle customer inquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
Share new jewellery designs, photos and videos with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Take orders and ensure accurate order details.
Follow up with customers regularly and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain customer and order information.
Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch team for order processing.
Click good-quality photos and videos of new jewellery designs.
Maintain long-term relationships with wholesale customers and encourage repeat orders.
We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, organised and sales-oriented.
The role involves regularly communicating with wholesale customers, showing them new designs, following up on inquiries and converting conversations into orders.
