We are hiring a CRM Executive at Revder Emporium, a fast-growing wholesale jewellery brand based in Malad West, Mumbai. This role is not just about handling enquiries—it is about converting conversations into business.
You will be responsible for managing all incoming enquiries from social media, website, and other platforms. Your job is to understand customer requirements quickly, communicate clearly, and drive them towards placing orders. Our customers range from small retailers across India to export clients, so adaptability in communication is important.
Every enquiry must be properly tracked inside the CRM system. You will maintain detailed records of customer data, follow-ups, and conversations. Consistent follow-up and disciplined tracking are critical—no enquiry should be lost or ignored.
This role demands someone who enjoys selling, convincing, and closing deals. You should be confident on calls and messages, know how to build trust, and push conversations forward without being passive. At the same time, you must be structured, organized, and comfortable working with systems and data.
