Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female fresher to join our team as a Pre-Sales Client Relationship Executive for our premium residential project Oorjita Vedant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building strong client relationships in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain project details, pricing, specifications, and offers clearly to clients

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital enquiries

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

• Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems

• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads effectively

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience

• Support the sales team in closing processes

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, site visits, and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female

• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year experience can also apply)

• Education: Any graduate / MBA preferred

• Languages: English, Telugu & Hindi preferred

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude

  • Customer handling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM basics)
