Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
Provide detailed product information and assist in product selection.
Ensure smooth customer handling, from entry to billing.
Maintain strong product knowledge (gold, diamond, solitaires, watches, etc.).
Support sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure proper display of merchandise and maintain VM standards.
Manage customer follow-ups, reminders, and relationship building.
Handle billing, documentation, and customer records accurately.
Uphold store hygiene, stock maintenance, and operational discipline.
Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred: experience in jewellery, retail or customer service).
1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer handling ability.
Good product knowledge or willingness to learn.
Presentable and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer skills and billing exposure preferred.
