Job Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for walk-in and inquiry customers.
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team and assign the appropriate salesperson.
Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience throughout the visit.
Maintain customer records and follow up when required.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Proactive, well-groomed, and confident personality.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to coordinate efficiently with the sales team.
Prior experience in customer service, front office, or retail is preferred.
