We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20,000 - ₹80,000.

Check and review assigned leads from all sources:

· Facebook campaign leads

· Banner / pamphlet responses

· Outbound calling data

· Make outbound calls to assigned leads as per daily targets

· Ensure first call attempt within 15–30 minutes for fresh leads

Qualify leads by capturing:

· Budget range

· Requirement (investment / RTR)

Share basic project details:

· Location highlights

· Price range and benefits of Pre launching projects

· Key features (brief, not full pitch)

· Generate interest and fix appointments/site visits for BDE team

Conduct follow-ups for:

· RNR (Ring No Response) leads

· RTR (Requested To Reconnect) leads

· Interested but undecided prospects

· Maintain a consistent follow-up cycle until closure or closure handover

Coordinate with BDEs for site visit scheduling:

• Share confirmed appointment details

• Pass accurate client details

Update CRM/system with proper lead status:

• RNR

• RTR

• Not Reachable

• Interested / Site Visit Fixed

• Not Valid

• Add clear call notes and next follow-up action in the tracker

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
