Job Description – Client Relationship Executive / Client Relationship Manager (CRE/CRM)

Location: Jabalpur (Work From Office)
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (CRE) | Up to ₹12 LPA (CRM)
Experience: 1–4+ Years

It is a 30+ years old HR business house specializing in Recruitment and Churn Control services across PAN India. We work with Fortune 500 companies and help organizations transform their hiring through innovative AI-powered HR solutions.

Job Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Executive (CRE) / Client Relationship Manager (CRM). The role involves end-to-end corporate client acquisition, from lead generation to successful client onboarding, while building long-term business relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and acquire new corporate clients through lead generation and business development.

• Conduct professional product presentations and demos via Google Meet or in-person meetings.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AI-powered HR solutions.

• Manage the complete client acquisition lifecycle—from prospecting to onboarding.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

• Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and productivity reports.

• Achieve acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to organizational growth.

Eligibility

• CRE: 1–2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.

• CRM: 3–4+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

• Business development and lead generation experience.

• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
