Job Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Marketing Executive (Client  Servicing) to join our team. The role involves managing and nurturing client  relationships across our group companies, ensuring high client satisfaction, and  coordinating internal teams to deliver quality service. The ideal candidate should  possess strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the  ability to upsell/cross-sell services to enhance business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Client Relationship Management 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients. 

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. 

• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs.

2. Project Coordination 

• Manage and oversee ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery. • Coordinate with internal teams to align with client requirements. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients. 

3. Client Satisfaction and Retention 

• Address client concerns promptly and effectively. 

• Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement necessary  improvements. 

• Strengthen relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.

4. Service Optimization and Revenue Growth 

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services. • Suggest innovative ideas to enhance service value. 

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high-quality standards.

5. Reporting and Documentation 

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project updates, and  feedback. 

• Prepare and present monthly client servicing reports to management. • Track key metrics, including client satisfaction and retention rates. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related  field. 

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or account  management. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Proficiency in project management and client servicing tools. • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. 

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. 

• Excel, Power point skills Required
