Customer Relationship Executive – Work From Home

Company: DOSNEXTGEN INDIA PVT. LTD.
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Fresher to Experienced
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, queries, follow-ups and relationship management.

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

• Research, approach and onboard new vendors and clients.

• Collect and maintain vendor/client information, quotations and other required details.

• Maintain customer, vendor and lead records in CRM/software.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and issue resolution.

• Communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Prepare and share regular work/progress reports.

Requirements

• High fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory – speaking, reading, writing and understanding.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Strong communication, research and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer, Excel/Google Sheets, email and internet knowledge.

• Must have a laptop/desktop, smartphone and stable internet connection.

• Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.

Employment Terms

• Lock-in Period: 9 months.

• Notice Period: 90 days, applicable after completion of the lock-in period.
