Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and high satisfaction levels.
Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle escalations promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings to assess client needs and gather feedback.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements & Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, professional phone/email etiquette.
Proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or sales support roles.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage client relationships effectively under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with standard CRM software.
