Job Summary :

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, following up on customer concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Maintain and regularly update customer information, interaction history, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved within the expected timeline.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to address customer requirements and resolve issues.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely assistance.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up activities.

- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

- Provide customers with accurate information about company products, services, and processes.

- Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and resolution status.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department or senior team members whenever required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.

- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to coordinate with different departments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, responsible. They should be able to maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
