The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Titan World is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales of premium products such as watches, eyewear, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Drive sales and achieve individual/store targets
Maintain product knowledge of Titan watches and related brands
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests
Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat business
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in the store
Assist in billing, inventory handling, and stock management
Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches
