Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate – Stock Market

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate with strong knowledge of the stock and share market to manage client relationships, provide market-related support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investor behavior, along with excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate support

• Assist clients with stock market–related queries.

• Guide clients on trading platforms, account operations, and market processes

• Share market updates, research insights, and product information with clients

• Resolve customer issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain proper documentation and client records

• Support client onboarding,

• Proactively engage clients to improve retention and trading activity

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of stock market and share market concepts

• Understanding of trading platforms and market operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability

• Ability to explain complex market concepts in a simple manner

• Basic analytical and reporting skills

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills

Educational Qualification

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management within stock broking, financial services, or capital markets

• Freshers with strong stock market knowledge may also apply
