To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the product details, assisting them in choosing the desired product and completing the sales transaction

1. Engage with potential customers on frequent basis to maintain relationship and generate opportunities for sale.
2. Build awareness on the new product details and offerings to the customers.
3. Receive and engage with the customer to understand requirements.
4. Introduce various product offerings and facilitate buying decisions.
5. Prepare estimates and complete sales transactions.
6. Achieve category-wise sales targets.
7. Assist customers in sales returns or repair work.

Sales: Retail Operations - Store Management
1. Adhere to standard operating procedures.
2. Count and maintain stock records daily.
3. Ensure proper and attractive display of products.
4. Transfer stock to locker at close of day.
5. Maintain safety of displayed products and report theft risks.
6. Monitor dead stock and liaise with store manager.
7. Maintain relationships and network with competitors for learning.

Sales: Retail Operations - Feedback Management
1. Collate and relay customer feedback to corporate teams.
Performance Measure: Increase in customer satisfaction score.
