We specialize in sustainable and compliant vehicle recycling solutions, building a structured ecosystem for end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) while contributing to environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
This is a work-from-home role focused on customer handling, data management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customers and clients through calls on a daily basis
• Manage and maintain customer and client data accurately
• Onboard new customers and clients
• Conduct online market research and collect relevant data
• Perform data entry and basic data analysis
• Ensure proper follow-ups and communication with clients
• Support business operations as required
Work Timings & Conditions
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (strict adherence required)
• Working Days: Rotational (5 days a week)
• Mode: Work From Home
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi (Speak, Read, Write)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of data handling and MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Prior experience in customer handling / tele-calling / operations will be an advantage
Additional Requirements
• Stable internet connection and proper work setup (Laptop/Desktop)
• Availability during working hours without interruptions
Salary & Evaluation Structure
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on years of experience and performance)
Probation / Training Period: 3 months
End of Month 1: 50% of the finalized salary
End of Month 2: 75% of the finalized salary
From Month 3 onwards: 100% of the finalized salary
Performance Evaluation:
A final performance evaluation will be conducted at the end of the 3rd month to determine role continuation and confirmation
Additionally, performance reviews will be conducted every 7 days from Day 1 to Day 90 to assess progress and continuation
