Customer Relationship Associate

We are Camera Freak Productions. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team . The role involves to call new leads to understand the client's requirements, share the quotation and close the deal. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10000 - ₹50000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for photography services, including weddings, events, corporate shoots, portraits, and commercial projects.

• Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and social media to understand their requirements and present suitable photography packages.

• Explain services, pricing, deliverables, and timelines clearly to clients, addressing questions and objections professionally.

• Prepare and share customized proposals, quotations, and contracts, and follow up to close sales deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with photographers, editors, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are communicated and met.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools or reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position services.

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote photography services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 to 6 Month of experience and frasher with good skills can also apply. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
