Job brief :-

- Make outbound calls to farmers, agri-retailers, or distributors to inform them about products, services, or campaigns.

- Follow-up on previous interactions, queries, or product trials.

- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys or feedback calls.

- Explain features, benefits, and usage of agricultural products like seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or machinery.

- Share information about new product launches, schemes, offers, or demos.

- Identify and qualify leads for agri-input sales or services.

- Collect detailed information like crop type, land size, region, and season-specific requirements.

- Update CRM or databases with accurate and current customer details.

- Address basic customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, usage instructions, etc.

- Escalate technical issues or grievances to the agronomy or technical support team when needed.

- Gather information from farmers on current trends, crop performance, pest issues, or competitor products.

- Share insights with sales or marketing teams to align product positioning and regional strategies.
