Job Description: Sales Executive – Savings, Investment & Insurance

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives for Savings, Investment Plans, Life Insurance, and Insurance Term Process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced sales/BPO professionals looking to build a career in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert sales for savings, investment, and insurance products.

• Connect with customers through calls and explain product benefits.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Savings & Investment Plans

• Graduate Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• HSC candidates with 1.5 years of BPO experience can apply.

Life Insurance Process

• HSC with 2 years of experience, or

• Graduate with 1 year of experience.

• Sales/BPO experience preferred.

Insurance Term Process

• HSC or Graduate.

• Minimum 6 months of BPO, Sales, or Insurance experience.

• Candidates pursuing current or future education are not eligible.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Sales and customer handling skills.

• Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on communication skills, sales ability, and overall profile.

Level Salary Level 1₹14,000 – ₹16,000Level 2₹17,000 – ₹19,000Level 3₹20,001 – ₹22,000Level 4₹23,000 – ₹25,000

Maximum Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
