Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming B2B corporate enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Make timely follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team for enquiry handling and order processing.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Track and update enquiry status regularly.

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.

• Coordinate product sample dispatch and follow-up.

• Ensure continuous customer follow-up until order closure.

• Assist the Accounts/Sales team in payment follow-up.

• Prepare daily activity and enquiry reports.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Professional telephone etiquette.

• Strong computer knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience working with CRM software is preferred.

• Positive attitude with excellent follow-up skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or B2B Customer Service.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
