a) Handle daily transactions and keep records updated.
b) Check, verify, and appraise gold items before buying.
c) Complete and safely store all purchase documents.
d) Check and safely keep daily vouchers.
e) Do new tasks assigned as part of job rotation.
f) Count and verify cash daily when acting as cashier.
g) Regularly check gold, silver, and other valuables.
h) Balance and match all accounts on time.
i) Know the product manual and follow all instructions from head office.
j) Handle cash remittance and bank-related work as told by the manager.
k) Follow processes to ensure smooth and efficient center operations.
l) Do any other tasks given by management.
m) Help with other staff duties when needed.
n) Keep all information confidential.
o) Maintain good relations with customers.
p) Assist customers politely and provide good service.
q) Work towards targets, including marketing activities.
r) Clearly explain product features to customers.
