Team Leader - Sales-CREDIT CARD-Support (D0) Grade-E0 Role – Team Leader Credit cards Job Purpose To lead, motivate, and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives to achieve assigned business targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive credit card acquisition through direct sales channels. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team. Monitor daily sales productivity and conversion ratios. Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition. Identify new business opportunities and alliances within assigned territories. Team Management Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales executives. Conduct daily sales reviews and performance discussions. Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance against targets. Motivate team members through regular engagement and recognition initiatives. Manage attendance, field activity, and productivity of the team. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management Ensure a superior customer onboarding experience. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Monitor quality of applications submitted by the sales team. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to KYC, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Maintain high-quality standards and minimize rejected applications. Conduct regular checks to prevent fraud and mis-selling. Reporting & MIS Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track key metrics including sourced applications, approvals, disbursements, and productivity. Provide insights and action plans to improve team performance Experience Level Senior Level
