Prepare and process daily customer invoices and billing statements accurately and within defined timelines.
Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports and dispatch masters.
Generate invoices based on customer orders, dispatch details and applicable commercial terms.
Maintain and update customer accounts, billing records and related documentation.
Verify invoice details, quantities, rates, taxes and other billing information before processing.
Monitor customer billing and ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, payments and customer accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Dispatch, Production, Accounts and other departments for smooth billing and dispatch operations.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, billing discrepancies, payments and account statements.
