Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor to guide students who are planning to pursue higher education in Germany. The candidate will be responsible for counseling, admissions, and assisting students throughout the visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students for Germany education.

• Guide students in selecting the right course and university based on their profile.

• Handle end-to-end admission process (application, documentation, follow-ups).

• Provide accurate information on:

  • Tuition fees

  • Blocked account

  • Visa process

  • Scholarships & part-time opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Visa, SOP, Documentation, University team).

• Maintain student data and update CRM/ERP systems regularly.

• Achieve monthly targets and conversion ratios.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Knowledge about Germany education system (preferred)

• Sales and counseling ability

• Time management and multitasking

• Basic in MS Office / CRM tools
