WeDesh Consultants is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Country Counselor to join our Business Development team. This critical role involves direct client engagement, market expansion, and managing the complete student process lifecycle—from initial consultation and counselling to final visa application. The Country Counselor will drive revenue, ensuring exceptional client service and successful outcomes.
Market Expansion: Research and systematically identify new client opportunities and market segments for growth.
Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and information sessions to groups and individuals.
Outreach & Networking: Actively engage in marketing efforts, including visiting universities and colleges to build strategic partnerships and generate leads.
Communication: Initiate and handle calling campaigns to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and manage the client pipeline.
Counselling Services: Provide in-depth virtual counselling sessions to prospective students, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate educational programs/destinations.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Solution Promotion: Promote the company's service offerings, ensuring they are strategically tailored to meet student academic profiles and career goals.
Complete Process Handling: Handling the complete process of the students from admission to visa, including application submission, documentation review, interview preparation, and follow-up.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal operations and service delivery teams to ensure the seamless execution of the student's process.
Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven feedback, insights, and performance reports to the management team.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Experience Range: 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the education or immigration sector.
Compensation: ₹18,000 to ₹44,000 per month (In Hand Salary) + Competitive Performance-Based Incentives.
