•Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor at Pilot Training Academy - Top Crew Aviation located in Jaipur. The Counselor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students with inquiries about pilot training programs and services. The role includes providing information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple phone calls efficiently

Experience in Customer Care Executive, Customer Service, Telesales, Telecalling , inbound-Outbound calling, sales or in counselling role .

Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus

Proficiency in languages like English and Hindi

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
