Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students seeking admission into Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.

• Explain program details, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly and professionally.

• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions; ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

• Assess students’ academic backgrounds and preferences to recommend suitable programs.

• Maintain accurate student records and update admission databases regularly.

• Assist students throughout the admission process, including application submission, document verification, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission operations.

• Represent the institution during counselling sessions, walk-ins, and admission events.

Job Details:

• Salary: 3 LPA (Fixed + Monthly incentives based on performance

• Work Mode: On-site

• Working Hours: 9-hour day shift

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; Sunday fixed off)

• Interview Mode: Face to face

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 5 days’ notice.
