We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Counsellor who is skilled in student guidance and proficient in social media platforms, digital applications, and presentation tools. The role requires counselling expertise combined with strong communication, content presentation, and online engagement abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide academic, career, and personal counselling to students/clientsGuide students on course selection, career planning, and goal settingConduct online and offline counselling sessionsCreate and deliver professional presentations (PPTs) for seminars, webinars, and orientation programsUse social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.) for student outreach and engagementManage counselling-related applications and digital tools (CRM, Google Forms, MS Office, LMS, Zoom, etc.)Respond to queries through calls, chats, emails, and social platformsMaintain accurate counselling records and reportsCoordinate with academic and administrative teamsSupport promotional and awareness activities through digital content and live sessionsRequired Skills & ExpertiseStrong counselling and interpersonal skillsExcellent English communication (spoken & written)Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) creation and presentationWorking knowledge of social media platforms and digital outreachFamiliarity with online applications, counselling software, and MS Office toolsAbility to conduct webinars, live sessions, and virtual counsellingPresentation skills with confidence and clarity.
