Salary.15k to 20k

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Role Overview
The Visa Counselor will be responsible for handling client inquiries related to visa services through inbound and outbound calls. The role involves explaining visa processes, converting leads into registrations, and maintaining regular follow-ups while updating CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in clients and call inquiries regarding visa options
Clearly explain visa services, processes, and requirements
Convert interested prospects into successful registrations
Follow up with clients

Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly
Requirements

Minimum qualification: Any
Good communication skills in English
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge is required
