Job Description (JD)
Role Overview:
The role involves monitoring doctors' consultations with clients seeking hair and skin treatments. You will observe the consultations and treatment recommendations to identify any incorrect procedures, inappropriate treatment suggestions, or suspicious activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Observe doctors while they consult with clients regarding hair and skin treatments.
Understand the treatments and procedures explained and recommended to clients.
Monitor the consultation process and review the treatment recommendations.
Identify any incorrect treatment procedures, inappropriate recommendations, or suspicious activities.
Provide feedback and report any concerns identified during consultations.
Help maintain the quality and standards of the consultation process.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided at our corporate office to help you understand the role, treatment procedures, monitoring process, and feedback requirements.
