Counsellor

Medsy Education is looking for a proactive and student-focused Telecaller cum Education Counsellor for our Gujarat branch. The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling aspirants and parents about medical education abroad, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student enquiries

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad options, eligibility, process, and documentation

• Maintain and update student data in CRM/Excel

• Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process

• Coordinate with the branch team and head office for application progress

• Participate in seminars, walk-ins, and promotional activities when required
  

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)

• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education consultancy preferred

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and basic computer work

• Student-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills
