Job Title: Education Counselor (Admissions/Sales)

Location: GEETA BHAWAN Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Education Counselor to guide prospective students through course selection and the admission process. This is a high-performance role focused on converting inquiries into enrollments to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counseling: specific career guidance to students and parents regarding our courses/programs.

• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective leads.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly admission/revenue targets.

• Follow-ups: Rigorous follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversion.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate data of calls and conversions in the CRM/Excel.

Requirements

• Experience: [X] years in Education Sales, Tele-calling, or Counseling.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Mindset: Aggressive go-getter attitude with a hunger for incentives.

• Language: Fluency in [Language 1] and [Language 2].
