Role Summary We are looking for consultative sales professionals who can generate qualified leads, build relationships with business owners, present consulting solutions, manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, referrals and marketing campaigns.

• Schedule appointments and orientation sessions with prospective clients.

• Conduct consultative sales conversations and present business consulting solutions.

• Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.

• Follow up with prospects for conversions and pending payments.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.

• Generate referrals from existing clients.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and daily activity updates.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate (mandatory).

• MBA in Sales preferred.

• Sales Manager: 0–2 years' experience (exceptional freshers may apply).
