Cosmetic Clinic Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team Dr Nishitas Cosmetic Clinic Pvt Ltd. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with Paitents, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs 20000 to30000+ Incentives along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• patient relationship management

• upselling services/products.

• counseling clients on treatments.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in skin, cosmetic, Strong communication skills, Paitents approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Strong consultative selling skills, leadership abilities is an added advantage.
