About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Corporate & Wellness Executive to manage and execute corporate wellness programs that promote employee health, well-being, engagement, and productivity.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, strong client-handling abilities, and an interest in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or employee engagement. The role requires close coordination with corporate clients, wellness professionals, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable wellness programs and solutions.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate wellness programs, health camps, workshops, webinars, fitness activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate with doctors, trainers, nutritionists, counsellors, fitness experts, and other wellness professionals.

Handle the •end-to-end execution•• of corporate wellness events, including planning, scheduling, logistics, registrations, communication, and attendance.

• Prepare client proposals, presentations, quotations, program plans, and other business documents.

• Coordinate with internal Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, and other teams for smooth program execution.

• Track employee participation, collect feedback, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness.

Prepare and maintain •MIS reports, performance reports, client updates, and program dashboards••.

• Follow up with existing and potential corporate clients to drive engagement and business opportunities.

• Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth.

• Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, program schedules, participation, and feedback.

• Ensure all wellness programs are delivered professionally and within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.

• Good presentation, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Interest or knowledge in healthcare, fitness, wellness, nutrition, or employee well-being

• Willingness to travel for corporate wellness events and client meetings, when required.
